url     : URL 绝对或者相对路径。
text    : 按钮显示的文字。text 和 icon 至少指定一个。
icon    : Font Awesome icon 名。text 和 icon 至少指定一个。
[class] : 可选参数。icon 样式：fa-fw | fa-lg | fa-2x | fa-3x | fa-4x | fa-5x
[title] : 可选参数。鼠标悬停时显示的文字。
